A: Isn't the watch you purchased a center chronograph watch?
The second hand of a chronograph is the largest hand (there are some exceptions), so it usually does not move.
Please press the button on the top right and the chronograph second hand will move.
(As an exception, there is also a type where the hands start moving when you press another button instead of the upper right button.)
For normal time, the second hand is the one inside the small frame.
(The position of the second hand varies depending on the watch. There are also types that do not have a second hand.)
