Refund policy

1. Conditions of return / exchange
In our shop, we accept returns and exchanges based on the following conditions so that customers can shop with peace of mind.

・ If you contact us within 7 days after the product arrives
・ When unused and unopened
・ If the tags, labels and accessories attached to the product are all available

2. If you cannot return or exchange
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・ If the product arrives 8 days or more
・ Used and opened products
・ Products that have dirt and damage to the product at the customer responsibility
・ Products that make names and size adjustments
・ Products other than some watches, sale items, outlet products, etc.
・ Accessories such as boxes, instructions, product tags (including seals), warranty, etc. are damaged, dirty, and lost.

3. Return / exchange procedure
If you wish to return or exchange, follow the steps below.

・ Please contact our customer support (see below) within 7 days after the product arrives.
・ Please specify the reason for returned or exchanged and contact with the order number.
・ We will inform you of the details of the return / exchange procedure from our shop.
・ Please return the product according to the specified method.

4. About shipping and handling
The shipping costs and fees for returned goods and exchanges are as follows.

・ In the case of initial failure or misdirection: Our shop will bear the burden.
・ In the case of return / exchange due to customer's convenience: Cancellation fee 1500 yen+shipping will be paid by the customer.

5. About refund
Returned products arrive at our shop and refund after inspection.
