The Homer has long been loved as the mainstay of Citizen's hand-winding machines. The 21 stone model is located at the highest grade among them. In particular, the "Second Setting" specification, which was officially adopted by Japan National Railways (Japan National Railways), has a second hand stop function (hacking) and tells the history of practical clocks used to set the train time.
