The Seiko Prospex Alpinist has evolved into a reliable item for mountain climbing, adventure, and everyday life. Equipped with the automatic movement "Cal.6R55", it has a long power reserve of up to approximately 72 hours (3 days). The appeal is that even if you take it off on the weekend, it won't stop until Monday morning. This is a full-fledged mechanical model that is both practical and durable, and can be used from everyday life to outdoors.

A dial of beauty passed down from generation to generation

The sophisticated blue dial retains the elegance of a vintage watch while giving it an urban elegance. Inheriting the DNA of successive alpinists (SBDC091), the Arabic numerals and wedge-shaped indexes provide both visibility and neatness. At the 12 o'clock position, we proudly place the traditional "Alpinist" logo that has continued since the first "Laurel Alpinist" in 1959. The date display uses a sapphire glass (Magnify) with a lens, and the curvature of the glass has been optimized so that the calendar numbers can be viewed accurately. The black and white date display creates a vintage feel.

Diamond shield to protect shine

The case and bracelet are treated with Seiko's unique surface hardening technology, ``Diamond Shield'', which prevents small scratches and abrasions that can easily occur with daily use, and maintains a beautiful shine for a long time.
