Q: Is it possible to have a shell dial?

This is possible. Shell dials are very susceptible to cracking, and the basic price is high because the work is risky and requires careful work. Depending on the condition of the dial (if there is a risk of cracking or peeling), we may not be able to respond. In that case, please note that the return will be cash on delivery.

After confirming your order, we will mail the "packing kit" to your address. Please drop off your watch here and return it to our store.
*We will bear the round-trip shipping charges.

After arriving at our store, we will contact you with an accurate estimate within 7 to 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and after your approval, we will proceed with the repair. Once the repair is complete, we will send the watch back to you.
