The structure is inspired by movements used in vintage watches. The mechanical-like movement of the chronograph hands makes it suitable for being called a hybrid mechanical quartz watch. In addition, the subdials and two checkered flags inspired by car dashboards are signatures of the Rallygraf collection commemorating Grand Prix racing. YEMA is a historic French brand that has been around since 1948. The YEMA workshop is based in the small French town of Morteau, in Haudou in the Jura massif on the Swiss border.
