When the machine was inspected, it was found that the machine oil level had decreased due to age-related deterioration and oil splashes, and the swing and accuracy of the balance wheel were not within the allowable range, so an overhaul was required.
Also, the balance spring was out of shape, so I fixed it as much as possible.
