It was confirmed that the machine was running out of oil, so we carried out an overhaul that included disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and precision adjustment.
Additionally, we found some wear on the rotor, so we replaced the rotor core to ensure smooth rotation. Since it is difficult to obtain genuine parts, we have used an aftermarket rotor core that has the same quality and performance as genuine products.
Furthermore, we replaced all the gaskets that had deteriorated over time.
After the work is completed, both operation and accuracy are stable, and the product is ready for use with peace of mind.
