Regarding warranty terms

If there is something wrong with your watch, we can repair it at our store.
If a problem occurs, please feel free to contact our store first.♪

 

■Our warranty policy

 

If a natural failure occurs inside the watch due to correct use according to the instruction manual, we will repair or adjust it according to the warranty provisions below.

 

●For domestic genuine products, we will provide a manufacturer's warranty based on the warranty provisions stated in the manufacturer's warranty.

 

●Parallel imported products are guaranteed for one year at our store according to the warranty provisions listed in the warranty card.
*Some products come with a 2-year warranty.

●Others

 

・The warranty guarantees repair and adjustment under the period and conditions specified in this document, and does not limit the customer's legal rights. This warranty is valid only for use within Japan.

 

・If there is a difference of opinion between the retailer and the user regarding the recognition of malfunctions and damages, the opinion of a neutral third party may be sought through the retailer.

 

●You cannot receive this warranty even if you contact each manufacturer's service center directly. Warranties for products purchased at our store are only available within Japan.

 

●Procedures to receive warranty
Please be sure to contact us before sending the product to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to our company.

 

■About extended warranty regulations

●About the warranty limit after the end of the normal warranty period
We guarantee the cost of each repair up to the maximum amount for each number of years that have passed.

 

~3 years from the date of purchase: 50% of the purchase price
3-5 years: 30% of purchase price
5-7 years: 20% of purchase price
*Extended warranty period varies depending on the product.

 

Any amount exceeding the upper limit will be borne by the customer.
In addition, if repairs are not possible due to difficulties in parts supply, etc., we may issue a refund based on the upper limit of the amount according to the number of years that have elapsed as stated above.

 

■About what is not covered by the warranty

■About extended warranty years

 

The number of years of warranty varies depending on the product, so please check the number of extended warranties for the product you purchased below.

 

 

■About payment of repair fee

 

・Credit card payments cannot be used to pay for repair costs. Please pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
*Credit cards cannot be used.

 

■About shipping charges

 

If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our store.
If it is within 30 days of the delivery date, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
*However, defects not covered by the warranty are excluded.

 

■Others

 

・Available only within Japan.

*If we are unable to contact the customer regarding the repaired product for more than 3 months from the time of receipt, the customer will be deemed to have relinquished ownership of the repaired product and the repaired product will be disposed of.
