About the exchange process
1. Please send the item prepaid and enclose the 580 yen shipping fee for shipping the item from our store to the customer.
2.Once the returned item arrives at our store, we will check the condition and contents of the returned item.
If there are no defects, we will cancel your order (cancellation of billing).
3. We will contact you once the order cancellation procedure (billing cancellation) has been completed.
