Engineer's comment
Due to deterioration of the internal oil, we disassembled it for cleaning, oiled it, and adjusted its accuracy.
There was some wobbling in the rotor, so we re-caulked it and restored it to stable operation.
The gasket was also replaced as it was showing signs of deterioration over time.
