The original model was used by adventurer Naoki Uemura to cross the Arctic Circle 12,000 km from 1974 to 1976, and is therefore commonly known as the ``Uemura Diver'' among fans. The characteristic crown guard at the 4 o'clock position and the classic case silhouette retain the charm of the original as much as possible, while giving it a modern feel of reasonable size. Furthermore, it is equipped with the ultra-long-lasting 70-hour caliber 6R35, which has a dial layout suitable for Seiko divers and ensures visibility in any adverse environment, making it a watch that combines a highly versatile design and practicality. This model is sold only at limited shops. [Mechanical watch] Product number: SBDC111・SBDC109 Release date: July 17, 2020 Nanapure price (SBDC111) 132,000 yen (tax included) |
