About maintenance service re-repair guarantee
●This is a warranty policy for those who order overhaul (disassembly and cleaning) at our store.
*Excluding partial repairs
●Warranty period The warranty period is 12 months. (Depending on the machine, the warranty period may be 6 months.) If the same repaired part spontaneously breaks down during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.
●Regarding round-trip shipping within the warranty period We will cover the round-trip shipping for reconfirmation or re-repair within one month of repair. After that time, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
●Exclusion from warranty The following cases are not covered by warranty.
